Justice: what is it and how can you ensure your patients receive it?

This article discusses the important concept of justice, one four ethical principles developed by Beauchamp and Childress (2019) . Gillon (1994) divided justice into three categories: distributive rights-based legal justice. Justice also forms an part British values regarding democracy, rule law, individual liberty, mutual respect tolerance those different faiths beliefs. Following introduction defining what is meant term ‘justice’, relevant parts Nursing Midwifery Council code ( NMC, 2018a ) will be identified presented. There then follow a discussion on categories as laid out how fits in with values. Finally, this point towards can achieved for patients your care colleagues you work alongside.
